Put the empty tray in your mouth once so you know how it sits.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStep 2: Mix.\u003c\/strong\u003e Knead equal amounts of blue and white putty together for about 15 seconds, until it is one solid light-blue color with no streaks. Use bare hands, because latex gloves keep the putty from setting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStep 3: Load the tray.\u003c\/strong\u003e Roll the putty into a thick log and press it into the tray along the U-shape, end to end. Work quickly before it starts to set.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStep 4: Press and hold.\u003c\/strong\u003e Place the tray over your teeth and press firmly into the putty. Only the handle sticks out. Hold completely still until the putty sets, following the timing in your kit instructions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStep 5: Remove and check.\u003c\/strong\u003e Wiggle the handle to break the seal, then pull the tray straight out and rinse it in cool water.
