About The Kavity Lab

The Kavity Lab is a custom grillz workshop in the Houston area of Texas. We make grillz in 925 sterling silver from a mold of your own teeth, finished in Pure White, Yellow Gold plated or Rose Gold plated, and we sell them online at thekavitylab.us.

Who we are

The store is operated by The Kavity Lab LLC, based in Cypress, Texas. We are a small team: we design the pieces, cast and finish every set in our own workshop, pack the orders and answer your messages ourselves. We don't run a retail storefront and we don't do in-person fittings. Everything is done online and by mail, which is how we keep custom grillz affordable and ship them anywhere in the US.

What we make

  • Custom grillz in 925 sterling silver, made to order from your mold. Nothing is pre-made.
  • Three finishes: Pure White, Yellow Gold plated and Rose Gold plated. Gold-plated pieces are sterling silver with gold plating, not solid gold.
  • Styles: open face, solid, cutouts (stars, hearts, crosses, letters), fangs, diamond cut, moissanite and opal settings, enamel and 3D designs.
  • Sets of 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 teeth, top, bottom or both.

How an order works

  1. You order your grillz on thekavitylab.us. Your free mold kit ships the same day.
  2. You take the impression at home with the putty and trays in the kit, then send us a photo so we can check it.
  3. You mail the mold back to our lab.
  4. We make your grillz in 7–9 days after your mold arrives and ship them free with USPS tracking.

If the fit isn't right, we send a new kit and remake your set free, up to two times per order. Full details are in our How It Works page and Refund Policy.
