These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every order placed at thekavitylab.us. The Kavity Lab ("we," "us") is based in Houston, Texas. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Our products

Our grillz are custom jewelry made to order from your own dental mold in 925 sterling silver. Finishes are Pure White (rhodium), Yellow Gold plated and Rose Gold plated. Gold-plated pieces are sterling silver with gold plating, not solid gold. Stones such as moissanite and opal are available on selected styles. Every piece is finished by hand, so small differences from product photos are normal, and colors may look different on your screen.

3. How custom orders work

After you order, we ship your mold kit. You take your mold at home, send us a photo for approval, then mail your mold back to our lab with a tracked service you pay for. Production takes 7–9 days after your mold reaches our lab. If your mold isn't usable, we'll ask you to take another one before we start. Fit remakes are covered as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Taking your mold at home

You take your dental impression yourself, at home, using the kit and instructions we send. Please read all instructions before you start. Don't use the kit if you're allergic to silicone impression materials, have loose teeth, or have recent or unfinished dental work. If you're not sure, check with your dentist first. If you feel pain or irritation, stop and remove the tray right away.

By taking your own mold, you accept responsibility for how you use the kit. The Kavity Lab is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damage to your teeth, gums or dental work that results from taking your impression at home.

5. Wearing your grillz

Grillz are cosmetic jewelry, not a dental or medical device. Remove them before eating, sleeping or playing contact sports, and clean them and your teeth regularly. Stop wearing them and see a dentist if you notice pain, irritation or any change in your teeth or gums. You wear your grillz at your own risk.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars, and payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

7. Shipping, cancellations and remakes

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times, cancellations, refunds and remakes are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Our designs and content

All photos, videos, text and designs on this site belong to The Kavity Lab. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Kavity Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
