Fit & Refund Policy

If your grillz don't fit, we send you a new mold kit and remake your set for free, whatever the cause. Every order includes up to 2 free remakes.

How to request a remake

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, based on USPS tracking. Send photos or a short video that shows the fit issue.

Step 2: We ship you a new mold kit, free.

Step 3: Take a new impression and mail it back with your original grillz. You buy the return shipping label, same as for your first mold.

Step 4: We remake your set and ship it to you free.

Fit issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery are not covered.

Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll repair or remake them for free.

What's not covered

• Fit changes caused by dental work done after you took your mold, such as crowns, fillings, braces or extractions

• Damage from wear and tear, eating or misuse

• Lost pieces, or grillz that someone else has altered or repaired

• Normal wear of the gold plating over time

• Change of mind, or the design, color or number of pieces you chose

At-home mold. You take your dental impression yourself, at home, using the kit and instructions we send. Please read all instructions before you start. Don't use the kit if you're allergic to silicone impression materials, have loose teeth, or have recent or unfinished dental work. If you're not sure, check with your dentist first. If you feel pain or irritation, stop and remove the tray right away.

By taking your own mold, you accept responsibility for how you use the kit. The Kavity Lab is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damage to your teeth, gums or dental work that results from taking your impression at home. This doesn't affect our free fit remakes described above.

Returns and exchanges. Every set is custom-made for your teeth, so we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations and refunds. Production starts once your mold reaches our lab.

Cancel before your mold kit ships: you get your full order total back.

Cancel after your mold kit ships, before your mold reaches our lab: you get your order total back, minus $25 for the mold kit we sent you.

Cancel after your mold reaches our lab: no refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
