How It Works
Custom grillz made from your own mold, in four simple steps. Every grillz order includes a free mold kit and free US shipping.
1. Choose your style
Pick your design, how many teeth you want (top, bottom or both) and your finish: Pure White, Yellow Gold plated or Rose Gold plated. All grillz are 925 sterling silver. Your free mold kit ships the same day you order.
2. Take your mold at home
Your kit comes with two sets of putty, upper and lower trays, and gloves, so you get two full attempts.
- Brush and dry your teeth first for the sharpest detail.
- Knead one blue and one white putty together until the color is fully blended, with no streaks.
- Work quickly. The putty starts setting about 30 seconds after mixing.
- Press the putty evenly into the tray, bite down gently and hold still for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove it carefully and check that every tooth and your gumline show clearly. If you see gaps or drag marks, use your second set.
3. Send us a photo, then mail your mold
Send us a clear photo of your mold with your order number by email at thekavitylab@gmail.com or by DM on Instagram at @thekavitylab.us. We check it before you mail it, so you don't lose time on a mold we can't use. Once it's approved, mail your mold back to our lab with a tracked shipping service. You buy the return label.
4. We make and ship your grillz
We make your grillz in 7–9 days after your mold reaches our lab, then ship them free via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. That's the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.
Our fit promise
If your grillz don't fit, we send you a new mold kit and remake your set for free. Every order includes up to 2 free remakes. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the fit issue. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Before you mold
Don't use the kit if you're allergic to silicone impression materials, have loose teeth, or have recent or unfinished dental work. If you're not sure, check with your dentist first. If you feel pain or irritation, stop and remove the tray right away.
