What are your grillz made of?

Every set is 925 sterling silver. You can choose Pure White (rhodium), Yellow Gold plated or Rose Gold plated. Gold-plated pieces are sterling silver with gold plating, not solid gold. Moissanite and opal stones are available on selected styles.

How do I pick which teeth?

Choose your set under "Number of TEETH" on the product page. On 2- and 3-piece sets you can also tap the teeth on the tooth chart. Upper teeth are numbered 1–8 and lower teeth 9–16, left to right as shown on the chart.

Will the gold plating last?

Plating wears over time with normal use. That normal wear isn't covered by our remake policy.

Can I eat or sleep in my grillz?

No. Grillz are cosmetic jewelry, not a dental device. Take them out before eating, sleeping or playing contact sports, and clean them and your teeth regularly. If you notice pain, irritation or any change in your teeth or gums, stop wearing them and see a dentist.

Ordering and the mold kit

How does ordering work?

You order, we ship your free mold kit, you take your mold at home and send us a photo, then mail the mold back to our lab. See How It Works for every step.

Is the mold kit free?

Yes. A mold kit is included free with every grillz order. It has two sets of putty, so you get two attempts. You can also buy the mold kit on its own for $25.

Is it safe to take a mold at home?

Read all the instructions before you start. Don't use the kit if you're allergic to silicone impression materials, have loose teeth, or have recent or unfinished dental work. If you're not sure, check with your dentist first. By taking your own mold, you accept responsibility for how you use the kit.

Timing and shipping

How long does it take?

Your mold kit ships the same day you order. We make your grillz in 7–9 days after your mold reaches our lab. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days, which is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We ship the mold kit and your finished grillz free via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. There's no minimum and no code needed. You buy the label to mail your mold to our lab.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes.

Fit, returns and cancellations

What if my grillz don't fit?

We send you a new mold kit and remake your set for free. Every order includes up to 2 free remakes. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, based on USPS tracking, with photos or a short video that shows the fit issue.

Can I return or exchange my grillz?

Every set is custom-made for your teeth, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll repair or remake it for free.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your mold kit ships, you get your full order total back. After your kit ships but before your mold reaches our lab, you get your order total back minus $25 for the mold kit. After your mold reaches our lab, production has started and we can't offer a refund.
