Shipping policy

Every order ships free via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. There's no minimum and no code needed.

How your order ships. We email you a tracking number for each shipment we send.

Mold kit to you: ships the same day you order. Free.

Your mold to our lab: ships when you mail it back. You buy the label.

Finished grillz to you: ships after 7–9 days of production, counted from when your mold reaches our lab. Free.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery times. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses may take longer, and holidays or bad weather can cause delays we can't control.

Address changes and returned packages. Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, contact us before your order ships, because once a package is with USPS we may not be able to change it. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address. You pay the reshipping cost.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking stops updating or your package arrives damaged, contact us right away. We'll follow up with USPS and work with you on a solution. Once USPS marks a package as delivered, The Kavity Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
